Our Own Mike Potts to entertain at Raue Center Chamber Mixer
Mike Potts of "Felix and Fingers" will perform Tuesday from 5 -7 at Raue Center Tuesday May 22nd as part of the Crystal Lake Chamber Mixer. Mike will play on the Custom made All-American Baldwin Piano. This unique piano is customized finish in USA colors with a see-through front glass panel so all can watch the "action" as the piano plays. The piano will be featured as part of the Piano Marathon at Raue Center June 29 June 30 and July 1 which is part of the National Piano Conference being held at Raue Center. Be sure to stop by during the Chamber Mixer at Raue and give your requests to Mike.

Cleaning musical instruments has always been a very necessary thing to do, but it has never been a process that cleans every nook and cranny of your instrument, inside and out.
With the addition of the ULTRASONIC POWER cleaning system at our Repair Shop, complete cleaning both inside the instrument and outside are fully accomplished. We do not use harsh chemicals. This process relies on the ultrasonic (sound waves) to dislodge all of the dirt and debris that accumulates over time. The inside of your instrument when finished is bright and clean.
Wind instruments as long as they made of composite material should be done during a re-pad process. Piano Trends is proud to be able to offer this process which will give you a cleaner instrument that will look better and perform better as well as last longer.

Allison Ebert brings her vocal and teaching talents to Piano Trends Music. A graduate of Millikin University with a Bachelor of Music Degree, Allison did her student teaching at Prairie Ridge High School right here in Crystal Lake under the direction of Dave Jensen. She has performed and led many choir and madrigal groups. She will be available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for private Voice lessons. Allison also will teach piano in our studios.
Leo Nelson is the newest member of the Percussion teaching staff at Piano Trends. Check for Leo's availability by calling the store during regular hours. Leo is the drummer for local group "The Atlas Stone"
Collin Berg of Stockwood, a local Beatles Tribute Band is now a Guitar Instructor in the Piano Trends Music Studios. Collin plays John Lennon in Stockwood and is quite amazing. He also is studying at Columbia College and is available in our studios for lessons several days a week including Saturdays. Collin joins Chris Angelos, our senior guitar instructor and Brandon Erker in our guitar department.
